clopenset where being empty isn't quite enough

This is just the latest in the litany of things wrong with Ruby. Of course I know that or and || have different precedences, but that doesn't make it right.

I'm going to write about software engineering, computer science and web development. The following are the technologies of particular interest to me at the moment:

• Python—love it
• PHP—I use this for most of my personal projects
